Therapeutic Massage
This massage is for very tense muscles and painful areas, your therapist will use a variety of techniques to help relieve the discomfort in the target sites. They will work specifically and in detail on those areas in this treatment.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage is both corrective and therapeutic by using intense pressure on targeted points of the body to relieve stress and tight muscles. The deeper muscle groups are worked at a slower pace and the body is relieved of tension and injury while still promoting relief from stress. You will feel tightness melt away as muscle fatigue, fluid retention and chronic pain are reduced. Recommended for those who would like strong pressure and have had a previous massage experience.
Sports Massage
This massage can help alleviate tension that builds in soft tissue from physical activity. Super Clean Body Scrub
Using a mixture of our private label sea salts and essential oils we will slough away dry, ‘alligator’ skin. Just because you can’t see them doesn’t mean they don’t need some attention too! Your pedicure includes a soak, nail and cuticle trim, callous softening and nail buff.
